We offer next working day delivery on all orders placed Monday - Thursday before 3.00pm and 11.00am on Fridays. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays.

If you wish to make a return, please send the details in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number, the product and the quantity you wish to return. Please then pack the goods securely and return by registered post or signed for delivery. Any returns of unwanted items must be made within 14 days of the delivery date, refunds will be completed, excluding postage, within 5 working days of goods being returned to us.
If the goods you have received are faulty or we have supplied the incorrect product, please email with the details and return the goods to us within 30 days for a full refund, including carriage charges.
Any items that are specially made, branded, printed or fitted with a U.S. 3 ring mechanism cannot be returned.

If the goods are faulty, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund.
If you are returning the purchase due to a fault or because we have made a mistake, we will make a full refund including the carriage charges you have paid to us.
If you wish to return for any other reason, please send an email to email@example.com stating the Works Order number, the product and the quantity you wish to return.
Once you have received a reply from us, please package your item securely and send by a registered form of post to our address. Once we have received the goods refund will be made to you within 5 working days.
